- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

-2 years experience
- Strong knowledge of POS system
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Understanding of food safety practices and ability to follow sanitation guidelines
- Culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers
